Simone Biles

Simone Biles is an American gymnast. Born on the 14th of March 1997 in Columbus Ohio U.S.A. Being a U.S. female gymnast, Biles was the sole gymnast to achieve four golds in one Games at the 2016 Olympics. She is also the first person to win three world championships in succession. Biles grew up at Spring Texas in the Houston metropolitan area after she and her sister Adria were adopted by their parents Ronald Biles and Nellie Biles. Simone began to take an interest in the sport of gymnastics as a young girl in a day-care field excursion to Bannon's Gymnastix and she remained there for 11 years, under the direction of her trainer Aimee Boorman. Biles, who won gold and bronze medals at the Women's Junior Olympic National Championships 2010 in vault and floor exercise before making her debut in 2011 in the elite category of the competition. In less than two years, she was a dominant competitor in the sport. Biles was notable for her consistent performance, exuberant character, as well as the difficulty of her routines across all four events including vaulting, uneven bars, and balance beam.
